The heart is a lonely hunter

who seems insatiable in all respects

and drags the body on, to incredible feats

to satisfy its forsaken hunger

She left her pack in Oregon, bound for California

Travelling hundreds upon hundreds of miles

In search for her soulmate. Yet not in Nevada

nor in all her miles journeyed did she bear child.

So that becomes the end of her story
